SMS Terms and Conditions for Achievement Therapy Center

By subscribing to receive SMS messages from Achievement Therapy Center ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. SMS Service: By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive appointment reminders, updates on your child’s therapy sessions, billing information, general clinic updates, and other relevant messages related to the services we provide.
  2. Message Frequency: The frequency of messages you receive will vary depending on your appointment schedule and updates related to your child’s therapy. You may receive reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages.
  3. Consent for SMS communication: By providing your phone number and subscribing to our SMS service, you consent to receive automated and/or manual text messages from Achievement Therapy Center. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with 3rd parties. 
  4. How to opt-in: To opt-in to our message services you must provide explicit consent by completing the Contact Us form through our website, verbally consent to SMS communication with our front desk receptionists, or by consenting to SMS communication via the new client intake paperwork.
  5. How to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us unless you opt back in.   10. Potential associated costs: Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from receiving messages.
